Every first Thursday of the month, and in cooperation with the Whitechapel Gallery and Time Out, NO:ID Gallery presents up and coming young artists from the East London Scene in collaboration with artists from overseas.
Themes for the series:
September - 'look what I'm getting away with'
October - Total Transparency
November - Sculpture and Photo
December - Santa couldn't do better
January - The End of the World
February - Re-inventing the Wheel
On the premises of The Old Destillery, 33-35 Commercial Road; just next door to the NO:ID solo show room, offering xyz square feet of exhibition space, multiple experience rooms and a cafe. In the basement is a life music stage which will be rocked by bands and solo performers from the NO:ID network.
So it's an exciting exhibition, and an exciting party!
Entrance to the exhibition, including refreshments, will be free. For the music venue there will be a reasonable door charge to cover the bands.
This has been inspired by the grand success of Tru Trading in June 2010.
Every show will be documented with a photo gallery on noidgallery.net including the artist's name, artwork title, and contact details.
